Meditation Sessions 

with Virginia Giles




These meditation sessions will be based on the practice of Yoga Nidra.

This style of meditation is a very old method that helps to remove many of our human discomforts.  

Yoga Nidra practiced laying down, if this is uncomfortable, sitting a chair is just as benificial or laying on the side.


It helps with: Anxiety, Insomnia and fear.

It also allows our bodies to relax and heal on a very deep level, it is said 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equal to 5 hours sleeps.

What to bring:

Yoga mat, blanket or light covering and water.  If you have lower back discomfort, please bring a pillow or bolster

Meditative visualisation opens the doors to your own inner wealth of resources like strength, love, empathy, joy and determination. These amazing aspects of us are often hidden beneath negative self talk and the stress and strain of everyday issues .Our neural pathways and connections need to be nurtured to remain strong, just like a garden they thrive and flower with attention. 

When you move in meditation you re-establish a place to listen to yourself and stay connected to your living experience. Movement is a primal fundamental expression of life.
